Symmetry Athletic Enhancement is located inside the Hooperstown training facility at 300 East Sandford Boulevard in Mount Vernon, New York. Hooperstown is an impressive, newly renovated, sports training facility that boats 25,000 ft² of air conditioned recreation space. It is the first facility of its kind in the Westchester region that includes:

• Two regulation size basketball courts on floating hardwood surfaces

• Two baseball and softball batting cages

• A 3,000 ft² “Next Turf” artificial surface for sports performance training

• An indoor multi-purpose training surface for sports performance training

• Courtside café with tables, chairs, televisions and vending machines

• Ample spectator seating and accommodations

• Ample free street parking

In addition to our sports performance center located in Mount Vernon, Symmetry Physical Therapy offers professional sports rehabilitation services in our downtown, Pelham location. Symmetry Physical Therapy is located two exits north (Exit 12-Lincoln Avenue) on the Hutchinson River Parkway and boasts a 4,000 ft² sports physical therapy center, equipped with the latest cardio, rehabilitation and modality equipment. With an athletic enhancement center of this size, and in a location easily accessible from I-95, the Hutchinson River Parkway, and New York City, athletes will have all the resources of a full-service performance evaluation, athletic enhancement, and sports medicine facility in close proximity to their school or home.  As we develop and expand our practice in the future, all athletes will have exclusive access to each of our facilities and the resources of our professional staff that is second to none in the industry.
