Rachel L. Marino, MA, ATC, PES
Athletic Trainer
Rachel holds a Bachelors of Science in Athletic
Training from Hofstra University. She then earned her Masters of
Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University, where she worked as a
Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. While completing her Masters,
she worked with soccer and wrestling. She was honored to work with a
former Olympian and current US Olympic wrestling coach while there.
Rachel has won numerous awards in her career,
including the Mark Bodenstein Award for Excellence in Athletic
Training from Hofstra University, and the Outstanding Graduate
Assistant Award from Sacred Heart University.
She holds certifications as a Certified Athletic
Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers Association, is licensed
by the State of New York to practice as an Athletic Trainer, and is
a Performance Exercise Specialist. Rachel has extensive experience
with sports rehabilitation and has treated numerous elite
level/professional athletes.
Rachel joined our staff in 2004, and is currently
the Director of Athletic Training for Symmetry and the Head Athletic
Trainer for the Pelham School District. |
