Michael Coupe, MA, ATC
Athletic Trainer
In 2011, Michael received his MBA in Health Care
Administration from Wagner College where he was awarded the highest
academic distinction in the Business Program. Prior to his Masters
degree, Michael graduated from Alfred University in 2007. It was at
Alfred where Michael studied Athletic Training and was a cornerstone
defender on the football team, winning three ECAC Championships and
being awarded all-conference honors his sophomore and junior season.
Michael Coupe is a NATA Certified and New York State Licensed
Athletic Trainer. His past experiences include working with both
football and Men’s lacrosse at Wagner College, a Division-1 and
Division 1-AA institution, before accepting the position as Head
Athletic Trainer for the FCS Senior Scout Bowl Game in 2010. Since
joining the team, Michael has demonstrated first class medical
knowledge as an Athletic Trainer as well as proficient communication
skills when conversing with athletes, physicians, coaches and
various members of the organization.
